When registering, register with your full legal first and last name, exactly how it appears on your dental license.  Keep in mind, only licensed dentists practicing within the New Orleans area are eligible to log on and cast their votes. Patients, friends and office staff members are not eligible to participate. If you are returning to the site to make changes to your votes, please log in on the left-hand side with the email and password you registered with.
